Accounts and orders are processed through a secure, encrypted web server, ensuring personal information remains private and accessible only to required HPCT staff. You can confirm that a web page is secure when there is a padlock icon in the corner of your browser, and the website address (URL) begins with https.

Currently, products ordered through our online store are shipped within the United States only.

Order Problems / Returns
The Home of the Perfect Christmas Tree Store and its employees want you to be 100% satisfied with your handcrafted purchases. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your items, please contact the store within 30 days of the receipt of purchase for a return. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.
Please note that all items must be returned with your receipt, not damaged. Refunds and exchanges will take approximately 5 days to process, will be in the form of the original payment and will not include the shipping fees.
Any returns that are shipped C.O.D will not be accepted.
If your items are damaged in transit, please call HPCT at 1.866.485.8733. We will arrange to have the damaged package or product returned to the store. Please do not discard original packaging materials. You will not be charged for returning a damaged item. A replacement, if available, will be shipped to you at no charge.
Product Availability
All of our products are handmade, unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. We will notify you if an item is out of stock, or will be delayed. If delayed, we will let you know an approximate delivery schedule at the time of your inquiry. If an item is out of stock, please call or email us for more information regarding the approximate date for delivery or other options.
Due to the unique nature of these handmade pieces, variations in size, design and color occur.

When you place an order, we request certain identifying information; such as name, credit card information, shipping and billing addresses, telephone number and email address.
There is a site registration and inquiry section of our website that gathers e-mail addresses; these are only used for communication purposes, if supplied by the customer. The information collected is used to send updates regarding the HPCT program, products, store specials and to improve our website and our products.
If you supply us with your telephone number, please note that you may receive telephone contact from us regarding an order or orders you have placed.
Disclosure of Customer Information:
The information we collect from you is strictly for our own use to provide you the services listed above. We will not release your information to any other third party or partner.
However, we may provide collective statistics about our customers, not including personal information, to third parties with which we have a relationship. For example, when applying for grant money, such statistics might describe how many visits were made to the HPCT website and to what part of the country we are shipping products, etc.
HPCT reserves the right to release customer information for limited purposes when we believe it is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law, (b) protect our rights or the rights of other users, or (c) enforce the terms governing the use of our website.
